Who I am
I’m Liu Jiachen (刘嘉琛), a first-year student at the London School of Economics (LSE). I learn and I design.
What I'm working on
Sortly: a small file-organising app for the Mac. It sorts the course files I download from Moodle by course and type. I built it for myself first, and for other LSE students too; it’s now at its sixth milestone.
During my internship at Feidi in summer 2025, I used AI to build a finance blog, 财富早报 (“Morning Wealth Report”). It now has 1,800 subscribers and more than 18,000 listens in total.
What I write
My WeChat Official Account and my RedNote (Xiaohongshu) account are both called 「想什么写什么做什么」. My first article on WeChat is “Are We Living Through a 21st-Century Industrial Revolution?” (in Chinese). On RedNote I’m working out how to make content; my first post will be about building and promoting Sortly.
About this site
I built this personal website myself, to introduce myself, my projects, and my experience and internships.
